There is a townhouse on trevi lane in clay, 13041 that has been in their back yard with loud music, screaming and yelling and just being unnecessarily loud all night. Its getting ridiculous, please help. Its almost exactly halfway down the street. The street is only 1 block long. I am 3 houses down from them on borgase and I can hear them like they are right next to me.
